Giacomo Vaccaro was born in Sassetta (Livorno, Italy) in 1953.
When very young, he demonstrated his artistic skills. He studied in Pisa art school and, in the meanwhile, he learned painting with some important Livorno painters, such as Giovanni March and Ferruccio Mataresi.
Extremely well skilled artist, in painting and in drawing, Giacomo Vaccaro has a harmonious and enjoyable hand: he paintings with vivid colors landscapes, portraits, still lives.
Very beautiful his countryside landscapes, horses, rivers, old mills and seascapes.
Giacomo Vaccaro is member of the “Gruppo Labronico” and has exposed in Italy and in many European countries. Among them, Galleria Romiti (Livorno), Galleria Il Portico (Milan), Circolo Artisti Bresciani (Brescia), Circolo Artistico (Venice), CAM Idrografica (Palazzo delle Prigioni, Venice).
His paintings are in important Italian and European collections.
In 2017 he exhibited in BessArte art gallery (Lucca).
