Sibilla Stefani, born in Lucca in 1967, studied in Passaglia Art School (Lucca) and Università Internazionale dell’Arte di Firenze, where she specialized in restoration of antique canvas and fresco. During her restoration activity, she developed her very personal painting style.
She exposed in Lucca, Riomaggiore, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Florence, Piombino.
In 2016, a personal exhibition in Fondazione Banca del Monte (Lucca).
Sibilla Stefani paints on wood boxes and panels, treated in the antique way, and she often uses fresco. Her artworks are a mix of soft colors, transcendent shapes, suffused lights.
In 2018 she has exhibited in BessArte art gallery (Lucca).
