Luigi Rosati was born in Rome in 1937. He studied in Rome Art School and then he studied in the atelier of Giovanni Omiccioli.
In 1962 his first solo exhibition in Palermo (Galleria Il Cenacolo).
Between 1967 and 1977 he works in London, Paris, Bruxelles.
Nowadays he works in Rome, Florence, Paris.
